How does the 7-day trial work?

Sign in to start one full 7-day trial with every Nudge feature. No payment card is required, and the trial does not turn into an automatic charge.

Does Nudge block websites and apps?

Nudge lets you choose the Mac apps that stay available and the websites that should stay out during a focus session.

Does Lifetime Access renew?

No. Lifetime Access is $9.99 once. It does not renew and there is no subscription.

Does Nudge work from the menu bar?

Yes. You can start and check an active focus session from the menu bar without opening the full app.

Can I restore Lifetime Access on another Mac?

Yes. Sign in with the same Nudge account that owns Lifetime Access and Nudge restores access without another purchase.

Is Nudge Focus the same as the Nudge that reminds you to update macOS?

No. That Nudge is a free open-source tool from the Mac admins community that IT teams use to remind employees to install macOS updates. Nudge Focus at nudgefocus.app is a separate focus app that keeps the apps you choose available and blocks distracting websites during a focus session.

Is Nudge available on iPhone?

No. Nudge Focus is a Mac app for macOS 13 or later. The iPhone app called “Nudge: Focus & App Blocker” is an unrelated app from BERG LLC.
